After purchasing, you will receive a second email from ECWID with a link to click to download your PDF file. (Please give it some time to arrive.) After downloading, please save the file where you can find it on your device.

If you can't find the email - please use your email program search box to find ECWID, your order/invoice number or pattern name. It may show up in your spam folder.

*International Customers!* Do not use the BUY NOW button on the pattern page to check out with autofill. Place the item in your shopping cart and then go to the cart page to check out choosing either your credit card option or Paypal. Shipping addresses should not apply as this is a digital pattern purchase. I don't know why it works this way, but it does.

Problems with "black squares" being printed instead of pictures? If the photos look FINE on your screen, but print out as black boxes, it is your printer settings, not the file. When printing UNCHECK the "Print Color as Black" box in the printing dialogue.

Text printing as all black background? When printing PDF documents you need to CHECK the option for “Print as Image” within your Adobe software.

I will be unable to provide you with a replacement file 1 year from your purchase date.
